The Fox Model FT1, winner of the 2015 Flow Control Innovation Award and the 2015 Processing Breakthrough Product Award, is the newest Thermal Gas Mass Flow Meter offered from Fox Thermal Instruments. The Model FT1 is a multiple award winner due to its innovative design elements such as the DDC-Sensor™ technology platform that allows it to operate using the Gas-SelectX® gas menu selection tool. Calibration Validation with the CAL-V™ feature. Insertion probes (for 1.5" - 70" pipes); Inline flow bodies with NPT ends (¾" - 3" pipes); Inline 150 lb. Flanged flow bodies (¾" - 6" pipes)
The Fox Model FT2A, winner of both the 2014 Flow Control Innovation Award and the Processing Breakthrough Product Award, is the most widely versatile Thermal Gas Mass Flow Meter on the market today. The Model FT2A has a large selection of communication protocol options available intrinsically (without any other equipment). Options include: BACnet MS/TP, RS485 Modbus RTU, Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, or Ethernet Modbus TCP.
The Fox Model FT3, a multiple award-winning thermal gas mass flow meter manufactured in the United States by Fox Thermal Instruments. The Model FT3 was designed with our oil and gas customers in mind. This meter is Quad-O (OOOO) compliant and is perfect for use in flare gas applications along with other fuel gas measurement. The Model FT3 measures gas flow rate in standard units (SCFM, NM³/hr, LBS/HR, KG/HR & many more) without the need for temperature and pressure compensation. FT3 View™ - a free software tool –- allows the user to connect to and configure the FT3 using USB to a PC or laptop.
The Fox Model FT4A, is the newest Thermal Gas Mass Flow Meter offered from Fox Thermal Instruments. The Model FT4A measures gas flow rate in standard units (SCFM, NM³/hr, LBS/HR, KG/HR & many more) without the need for temperature and pressure compensation. A free software tool – FT4A View™ - is available for the Model FT4A that allows the user to connect to and configure the FT4A using a PC or laptop.
The Fox Model FT4X, is the newest Thermal Gas Mass Flow Meter offered from Fox Thermal Instruments. The Model FT4X measures gas flow rate in standard units (MSCFD, SCFM, NM³/hr, LBS/HR, KG/HR & many more) without the need for temperature and pressure compensation. A free software tool – FT4X View™ - is available for the Model FT4X that allows the user to connect to and configure the FT4X using a PC or laptop.
The KET Compact Inline Thermal Flow Sensor offers modern digital interfacing for energy monitoring systems and comes with an integral temperature sensor. The small compact design requires very little installation space and is ideal for use within machinery. All interfaces are programmable via the display. The display offers the advantage of two readouts at the same time for flow rate, consumption readings, or temperature measurement. Installation into existing piping is also easy, thanks to the integrated measuring block section which is suitable for 1/2" to 2" lines. A variety of process connections, including NPT, are available. A wide variety of measuring units are available via the display keys. These include lb/min, lb/h, SCFM, m3/h, m3/min, l/min, m/sec, kg/h, and kg/min.
Thermal Dispersion technology provides liquid and gas flow detection with no moving parts and a much greater working life-span when compared to other technologies. The CF12 series continues to offer maintenance free reliability for most liquid flow or gas flow applications at a very reasonable price. Offered in either glass filled nylon, aluminum or 316SS housings, all models can also be ordered with a great variety of threaded, flange, or sanitary process connections as well as Halar or epoxy coating for aggressive mediums or even with separate electronics and process sensor. While the CF12 is designed to monitor flow status of liquids and gases, it is often used to detect the level of liquid mediums as well.
