LGS Safety Relief Valves from Stock - Multi-purpose valve suitable for Liquid, Gas and Steam applications. All of our valves are available from DN15 to DN50 (1/2" to 2" BSP female connections), Pressure range is 0.2 to 24 bar g. (depending on seal and duty)
A range of high quality Bronze or Stainless Steel relief valves designed to comply with ISO 4126 (Safety Valves General Requirement), Ad-Merkblatt A2 (Safety Devices against Excess Pressure) and TUV requirements. Designed to protect piping, cryogenic static storage, and trailer tanks against damage from excessive over-pressure.
This valve is used if a plant shutdown is impossible or undesirable for process engineering or commercial reasons. With change-over valves it is possible to switch over between parallel safety valves without interrupting operation, so that maintenance work can be carried out on each safety valve in turn.
A compact cryogenic relief valve designed to prevent damage to piping and equipment caused by the expansion of liquefied gases.
A range of high quality Bronze relief valves designed to comply with ISO 4126 (Safety Valves General Requirement), Ad-Merkblatt A2 (Safety Devices against Excess Pressure) and TUV requirements. They are eminently suited to the protection of static and road going cryogenic storage tanks against damaging over pressure. Nozzle 10 - 20 (3/8” - ¾”)

Seetru Compu-test™ is a comprehensive computerized safety valve diagnostic system add-on for conventional safety valve test benches. Using the Compu-test™ system enables objective diagnostic analysis of the critical assessment criteria for safety valves, namely:- Set Pressure, Seetru Condition Rating® and Bubble Leak Rate. The Compu-test™ system can be used in either manual or automatic analysis modes. In automatic mode the Compu-test™ system automatically evaluates all the key diagnostic parameters extremely quickly and objectively, the user can also carry out the same evaluation entirely in manual mode. In either mode it is fast and simple to use. Experienced and inexperienced safety valve technicians will find the Compu-test™ system intuitive and easy to use.
This compact, light weight and portable design is very robust and able to meet the demands of a busy maintenance workshop or mobile operation. The Quicktester™ can be used with plant generated air supplies or with mobile bottled gas. This test bench is supplied with a range of adaptors allowing connection between 1/4" to 1" BSP as standard, additional adaptors are available increasing the connection sizes up to 2" BSP. The Quicktester™ is also available with NPT connection adaptors on request.
