The Helios comes with free programming software that connects to your PC with a standard USB cable, included with each instrument. The software is resident on every Helios meter, so there is no need to install drivers or download from the internet.
The Helios' rugged IP65 rated field/wall mountable enclosure and wide operating temperature range of -40 to 150°F (-40 to 65°C) makes it an ideal instrument for outdoor applications.
Explosion-Proof Loop-Powered Process & Level Meter
The ProtEX-Pro PD6800 is one of Precision Digital's most advanced and feature-packed explosion-proof, loop-powered indicators. The fact that this meter is loop-powered means that there is no need to run additional, costly power lines into a hazardous area. Like all ProtEX products, the PD6800 carries FM, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approvals for use in hazardous areas. It features a dual-line display that can be easily scaled in the field for any 4-20 mA analog input. The display has a five digit upper display, a seven alpha-numeric character lower display, and is available with a twenty-segment bar graph for level applications. Two features that really make the PD6800 stand out are its wide viewing angle display and SafeTouch® through-glass buttons. These buttons allow the PD6800 to be programmed and operated through the glass, thus eliminating the need to remove the cover in a hazardous area.
The Trident PD765 digital panel meter is one of the most versatile meters on the market and will satisfy a wide variety of process and temperature applications. Housed in an 1/8 DIN enclosure with a NEMA 4X front, the meter can be field programmed to accept process voltage (0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) and current (4-20 mA) inputs, 100 Ohm RTDs, and the four most common thermocouples. The display height on the standard Trident meter is 0.56" (14.2 mm) and on the Trident X2 the display height is an astounding 1.2" (30.5 mm). The intensity of the display can be adjusted to compensate for various lighting conditions, including direct sunlight. Programming and setup can be performed with the four front panel pushbuttons, free MeterView software, or using the copy function. Options for the PD765 include 2 relays, a 4-20 mA output, 24 V transmitter power supply, and Modbus® serial communications.
