Digi-Stem DST400 Thermometer
Wahl's NEW! DST400 is the newest addition to Wahl's Digi-Stem® family of Digital Thermometers. They are wide range, high accuracy thermometers designed for many applications where accurate and reliable temperature monitoring is important. The DST400 features the same reliable and rugged construction as Wahl's other popular Digi-Stem brand RTD thermometers, but with a choice of one of 5 user specified thermocouple input types - K, J, T, E or S. Select any of the 5 factory programmed Thermocouple inputs at time of purchase, and change to any of the other 4 inputs after purchase with our easy to use optional DSTCAL software. Interchangeable stickers are provided to indicate which thermocouple type is programmed at any given time. DSTCAL Software allows the following functions:

DST600 - Retort Thermometer
Wahl's NEW! DST600 Mercury-in-Glass (MIG) thermometers, the only standard for years, may now be replaced with other technologies under the FDA's Final Rule for 21 CFR Part 113. Wahl's DST600 is a digital 4-wire RTD thermometer, designed and manufactured using high reliability components to meet the Final Rules mandate that the Temperature-Indicating device be accurate to 1°F, and not be affected by EMI or environmental conditions. The Wahl DST600 also meets the current USDA 9CFR318.305 for canned meat and 9CFR381.305 for canned poultry products..
