Seetru Limited was founded in 1949 with the aim of producing the finest liquid level gauges so customers could see the true level even under the most severe conditions. Today, Seetru have an extensive range of Liquid Level Gauges which carry a wide range of international Marine approvals and are supplied worldwide
The Seetru Marine gauge is designed for use within the marine and offshore industries. Due to it's tubular design this gauge is suitable only for use with non-?ammable liquids. For ?ammable liquid applications please see either See? ex (G31) or Seemag gauges (G35).
This gauge is commonly used for the water storage and coolant tanks on board cargo ships, tugs and military vessels.
PSM Tankstar 260 Series Marine Liquid Level Transmitter
The Tankstar 260’s rugged all-welded construction provides reliable and accurate hydrostatic pressure based tank level measurement of liquid levels in the harsh environments of shipboard tanks, from military vessels to tankers. The 260 series level transmitter is marine approved and maintenance free. A factory sealed cable is supplied with a heavy-duty outer sheath of cross-linked polymers, suitable for continuous immersion in seawater, fuels and hydrocarbons. This cable permits use of the sensor between temperature limits of -40°C to +105°C for safe area installations
The Seetru Seemag® tank content indicator or gauge is a high quality yet economical magnetic level indicator. Its unique design offers considerable advantages over conventional magnetic gauges including accurate step-less reading with all round visibility and the option of high/low level alarms with remote digital reading.
The Seetru Seeflex gauge is designed for use within the marine and offshore industries for tanks containing flammable liquids.
The Seeflex gauge meets the requirements of SOLAS (Safety Of Lives At Sea), and is also type approved by many worldwide shipping authorities including; Det Norske Veritas (DNV), RINA, Lloyds Register of Shipping, Nippon Kaiji Kyokai and Bureau Veritas.
This gauge is commonly used for fuel oil, hydraulic oil and lubrication oil tanks of cargo shops and work boats.
PSM has drawn upon nearly 40 years of global marine application experience in developing the APT 1000 to provide a liquid level transmitter that delivers the highest possible standards in terms of performance, versatility, functionality and reliability. The APT 1000 is a dual- mode transmitter providing both an analogue 4 -20 mA signal and multi-drop RS4 85 Serial communication based on industry standard Modbus RTU protocol. The unit is fully programmable using the ISS application available as free download from PSM.
PSM APT 500 Series Marine Liquid Level and Pressure Transmitter
Marine Type Approved by DNV-GL and fully certified for use in Hazardous Areas under ATEX and IECEx, the APT 500 Series provides a rugged and reliable solution for the harsh Marine environment. A choice of construction materials and wide pressure range ensures compatibility with all ship-board duties.
The HCG series self-powered hydrostatic contents gauge requires no external power source for operation and gives a continuous readout of the contents within a tank without the aid of batteries or hand pumps. Design simplicity is a key feature that reduces time and cost for installation. Each unit is supplied with the required calibration and scale markings and requires no commissioning on-site.
Bilge level switches and bilge alarms are safety critical components for detecting liquid in voids. The BLS-9200 features compact stainless steel construction with integral slosh and debris protection cage with Integral manual check lever.
Fully submersible IP68 construction with relevant marine type approvals

PSM Scanrad SC R8 Marine Tank Gauging Radar System
PSM high frequency pulse radar, ScanRad, is a high performance instrument for measurement of level/ullage in tanks. The compact design ensures easy and flexible instal-lation. Purpose developed software enables the user to filter any echoes from obstacles in the tank to ensure accurate reading.
INTEGRATED MARINE TANK MONITORING AND GAUGING SYSTEM
DTGS – Marine Tank Level Monitoring Made Easy
An all in one package for smaller vessels such as tugs and workboats, to provide an up to date replacement for conventional local mechanical gauges with accurate electronic measurement and a centralised display the powerful functionality, ease of expansion and multiple display capabilities of the Digital Tank Gauging System (DTGS) has also found applications on larger vessels such as naval corvettes and ferries.
Complete Tank and Draught monitoring package with centralised processing and display, and serial output to other systems
Screen layout is defined for each application for maximum clarity with customised presentation for each tank type and draught
Up to 5 repeater displays can be added
Multi-drop interconnection for simple cabling
Real-time display with option for data logging
Small space efficient design for both panel and wall mounting
Uses marine proven components designed to work together
Designed for smaller vessels, and providing electronic measurement with a centralised display, VPM 4310 is a packaged system offering clear accuracy and functional advantages compared to mechanical and visual level gauges.
