The PIT Probe-Type Insertion Magnetic Flow Meter is designed to measure the flow velocity of conductive liquids in large diameter pipes. The insertion-style design makes it cost-effective for larger lines in comparison to large inline magnetic flow meters from the aspect of purchase price as well as installation cost. This is because the insertion-probe design requires just a single bore hole in the side of the pipe instead of requiring an entire pipe section to be removed and reconfigured like inline magnetic flow meters. Insertion magnetic flow meters also require sigificantly less material for construction and are not as costly to ship as they are smaller than large inline flow bodies, leading to cost savings.


VorTek Instruments SonoPro® Portable clamp-on flowmeter incorporates high accuracy transit-time ultrasonic technology to deliver accurate and reliable flow metering. The innovative design includes matched precision transducers and signal processing circuitry to accurately measure the flow of most liquids over a wide range of velocities. Clamp-on transducers create no wear, zero pressure loss, and do not require process interruptions to install them since they are attached to the outside of the pipe.


SONOPRO® Model U43 Economical Commerical/HVAC Ultrasonic metering solutions for water application. The clamp on ultrasonic meter is a non-invasive solution to your metering needs. The clamp on features allows you to easily install a metering solution anywhere in the facility. Since these are attached to the outside of the pipe, they can be easily relocated without having to shut down your process. The U43 can provide energy measurements in BTU for various water applications.

The Model FT2A has a large selection of communication protocol options available intrinsically (without any other equipment). The Model FT3 was designed with our oil and gas customers in mind. This meter is Quad-O (OOOO) compliant and is perfect for use in flare gas applications along with other fuel gas measurement. The Model FT3 measures gas flow rate in standard units (SCFM, NM³/hr, LBS/HR, KG/HR & many more) without the need for temperature and pressure compensation.
