PSM Pressure Transmitters PSM manufacturers a complete range of pressure transmitters for industrial, marine and OEM applications. Unique to PSM is their innovative Dual Mode 'ICT' series capacitive measurement cell which uses a ceramic diaphragm which, due to the unique design, is fully protected from overload damage. The iCT utilizes a unique digital processing principle, which employs the varying frequency of the sensor to control the frequency of an oscillator. An embedded micro-controller precisely monitors this frequency to provide a comprehensive range of functions and outputs, all under the user's control. The iCT provides both analogue and digital outputs and can easily be configured remotely. The transmitter can be programmed with tank profile tables, alarm points, etc, which significantly increases user functionality. |

A pressure change in the pressure chamber causes an axial displacement of a pin linked to the diaphragm. When the selected switching point is reached, a spring loaded contact is activated. |

Together with its PC software components, this paperless recorder provides a closed system for the electronic acquisition, storage and archiving of process data that fulfills the requirements of FDA 21 CRF Part 11. The presentation is a 5.7" color screen on which the data can be displayed in different formats (numbers, diagrams, bar graph, etc.). Measurement data is electronically stored and available both locally or on a PC. Tiny Tag Data Loggers are compact, battery powered units. The range of applications include temperature, humidity, mV, mA, volts, pulses, shock and vibration monitoring and recording. Tinytag Explorer software allows for simple configuration of the logger and easy manipulation of the data. |

The dTRON series of controllers includes 4 freely programmable instruments in different DIN formats for controlling temperature, pressure and other process variables. The instrument can be used as 2-state, 3-state, modulating or continuous controllers. The controller software includes a program or ramp function, parameter change-over, two auto-tuning procedures, a math and logic module, as well as 4 limit comparators. The iTRON can be used as a 2-state controller or 2-state controller with timer and limiter comparator. The membrane key-pad makes the unit ideally suited to hygienic requirements of the food industry for such applications as baking ovens mTRON is a complete process control system comprising various input, output and display modules supporting a central processing module. Capabilities include distributed control architecture. System design is developed using the mTRON-iTOOL software IMAGO is a process and program controller with up to 8 controller channels or 4 program channels. The display is a 5" color graphics display. The layout of the screen templates can be individually adapted and adjusted. The controller features up to8 analogue inputs and 6 logic inputs. A setup program is available for configuring from a PC. |
