Light Duty Horizontal And Vertical Float Switches Many combinations of float and stem materials are available in full and miniature float sizes to suit all all applications. Horizontal or vertical mounting configurations are available as are multipoint, and custom design switches. Ideal for OEM or applications where space is limited. Multi-level switch kit are also available. |

Cable tethered tilt float switches are well suited to a wide variety of applications for alarm and automatic pump control duty Available in a wide choice of materials and designs, the ATMI level switches can be used for liquids, slurries and solids/powders. They can be applied to corrosive applications and there are even models suited to hazardous locations. |

Heavy Duty Horizontal and Vertical Level Switches Magnetically linked float and switch design provides a glandless connection and ensure a leak free design. Switches are available for pressures to ANSI 1500 and can handle liquids with SGs as low as 0.45. NEMA 4, Explosionproof designs are readily available. SPDT, DPDT, hermetically sealed and Pneumatic switch insert are available. |

Vibrating Liquid Level Switches PSM and Sitron offer liquid level point switch using the principle of a tuning fork to detect the presence of a liquid. It continuously monitors changes in its vibrating fork's natural resonant frequency. Vibrating level switches are ideal HIGH LEVEL fail safe devices. |

Ultrasonic and Thermal Level Switches Ultrasonic level switches use the time proven principle of ultrasonic transmission between two crystals. When liquid fills the gap, the circuit is complete and the output of the switch changes state to cycle alarms, etc. Ultrasonic gap sensors are ideal LOW LEVEL fail safe devices. |

RF Admittance and Capacitance Level and interface Switches for Non-Conductive Liquids, Powders and Solids RF Admittance switches utilize admittance technology to measure how much of the sensing probe is covered by the liquid. This is accomplished by generating a radio frequency pulse of energy which travels from the sensing to the ground reference (usually the tank wall). The amount of liquid between the two determines how much energy is transferred. The amount of energy flowing (very small and low level in all cases) is a highly repeatable measure of the liquid level or interface position. The amount is compared to an internal reference and produces a switching action at a selected material elevation. |

Conductivity Switches for Conductive Liquids Conductivity probes are designed to detect the presence of conductive materials. When the conductive material touches the probe, a circuit is completed to a grounding reference and the switch actuates. Conductivity switches will sense almost any sort of material, even insulators with a low density and a medium dielectric constant. |

Level Sensors for Solids and Powders Cable tethered tilt switches are well suited to a wide variety of applications for alarm duty Available in a wide choice of materials and designs, the ATMI level switches can be used for solids and powders. They can be applied to corrosive applications and there are even models suited to hazardous locations. Diaphragm switches are well suited to severe and low density applications. Vibrating and rotating sensors are best suited to light duty and relatively clean applications. |

Level Sensors for Sludge and Slurries The Sliquid and SD level sensors measure the head pressure of the liquid above and actuate one, two or three adjustable switches. Repelling magnets link the diaphragm and switches through a solid non ferrous wall. The head pressure acts upon two compression springs and adjusting the tension on the springs varies the switch points. Ultrasonic level switches use the time proven principle of ultrasonic transmission between two crystals. When liquid fills the gap, the circuit is complete and the output of the switch changes state to cycle alarms, etc. |
